Sewage Treatment Plant’s local compensation fund of the next fiscal year = Previous year actual Sewerage Utilization Fee income X (previous year actual treatment amount/previous year city total treatment amount) X range of compensation % covered by the previous year average daily treatment amount (grade by grade).
Treatment Plant’s compensation fund of the next fiscal year = Previous year average actual daily treatment amount (ton) X Compensation for each ton × 365 (day).
Compensation amount for each ton of sewage is calculated grade by grade according to the previous year average actual daily treatment amount.
