- The Dihua Sewage Treatment Plant uses an effluent pump to deliver the treated water to the effluent well via 2 dia. 1.65m connection pipes (length: 115m each); then discharges the effluent to the Tamsui River via a Dia. 2.5m effluent pipe (length 85m, design flow approx. 1.75m3).
- The Neihu Sewage Treatment Plant discharges the effluent to the Keelung River via a Dia.1.8m pipeline.
- The Bali Sewage Treatment Plant discharges the effluent to the Taiwan Straits via a 6,660m effluent pipeline, whose diameters range from 2.4m to 3.6m; design peak flow 21.96CMS; maximum depth of installation is 43m.
