How to apply and download relevant forms for the review of self-paid design case of a New (Existing) Building?

Regarding the application case for a self-paid installation of user drainage facilities, citizens may download the respective application forms via Taipei City Government’s Citizen Service Platform Website: Home/ Application Case – by Entity Category / Public Construction Department / Sewerage Systems Office.
