Personal Data Declaration

When you apply for services from the Sewerage Systems Office, Public Works Department, Taipei City Government (hereinafter referred to as "the Office"), you are required to provide personal information (such as name, National ID number, date of birth, phone number, address, email, professional certification, etc.). 038 Administrative enforcement, 102 State compensation administration, 120 Tax administration, 122 Petitions and administrative remedies, 135 Information services, 136 Information and database management, 157 Surveys, statistics, and research analysis, 175 Internal management of local government agencies and affiliated units, public affairs supervision, administrative assistance, and related services.

2. Categories of Personal Data:

C001 Identifying individuals, C002 Identifying financial information, C003 Identifiers in government data, C011 Personal descriptions, C103 Business-related licenses, C031 Residence and facilities, C032 Property, C039 Licenses or other permits, C040 Accidents or other incidents and related circumstances, C052 Qualifications or skills, C053 Membership in professional organizations, C064 Work experience, C073 Security details.

3. Duration, Area, Recipients, and Method of Use:

- Duration: For the duration of the specific purpose of data collection or the retention period required by relevant laws and regulations.

- Area: The location of the Office and the areas where services are provided.

- Recipients: Units responsible for the case, website management units, and supervisory authorities of the application.

- Method: Personal data will be provided to the responsible units through automated or non-automated means.

4. Your Rights Under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act:

- You may inquire, request to review, or request a copy of your personal data.

- You may request to supplement or correct your personal data.

- You may request to stop the collection, processing, or use of your personal data, and request its deletion.

5. Voluntary Provision of Personal Data:

You may choose whether to provide your personal data. However, if you refuse to provide the required data, the Office may be unable to provide the relevant services.
